WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS ?
- Free ground shipping is available on all domestic and international orders. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.
Duties & Taxes do not apply towards free shipping promotion. Please allow an additional five to eleven business days for processing of international orders.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All orders ship within 7 -14 business days from the date of your order confirmation.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
We keep you posted each step of the way from receiving your purchase to letting you know when your item is on its way.
If you don’t have an account with us or have not received an order confirmation email please contact email@example.com with your order number, billing last name, and email address or zip code.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY ?
- In order to receive a full refund, merchandise must be returned within 60 days of purchase. Returned items must be in the exact same condition as they were received.
- At this time, we do not accept exchanges.
- You are responsible for mailing the return back to us. Upon receipt we will issues a refund. Items must be in a new condition. Any items returned damaged, worn, or washed will be ineligible for a refund. We will not refund shipping fees.
